Recently, my grandfather passed away here at Mercy Anderson. Chris was the nurse overnight and was wonderful to my mother and step-grandmother as he explained what would happen over the hours when end of life came. Chris did a fantastic job caring for both my grandfather in his last hours and for my family as they began the grieving process. All procedures, tests, labs, vitals were explained thoroughly and so that my family would be able to understand. Chris made my mother and step-grandmother as comfortable in the process as my grandfather passed.
