Our son was admitted to the NTICU under extremely serious circumstances. At the time, no one knew who he was, and he remained on a ventilator for 6 days before we were finally able to locate him.
When our family first arrived to visit, seeing our son in that condition was overwhelming and terrifying. Chris was extraordinarily compassionate, patient, and professional during this difficult time. He took the time to calmly explain our son's condition, answer our questions, and bring us up to speed with clarity and kindness.
Thanks to the exceptional care provided by Chris and the entire team, our son has since made a full recovery. We truly believe we owe everything to them for saving his life. Chris’ dedication, skill, and compassion went far beyond what we could have ever expected.
