My father was treated here for a quadruple bypass recently. I have been present the entire week and have been impressed with all the services and personnel. However, one Nurse stood out, Chris Stier. From the moment he entered the room, the vibration in the room calmed. His personality, demeanor and bedside manners were exceptional and well suited for the work at hand. He was firm and gentle at the same time and his voice was strong and soothing. He focused and multi-tasked harmoniously. He answered every anxious question completely.

I met Chris on the first day and actually prayed that he would return the next day to guide and care for my father. And indeed, he was assigned to my father the next day. I am sure he is sometimes overwhelmed but his grace under pressure all day long truly helps the patient and family members handle the difficult days with calm resolve.
