Chris Stojkov has been nominated for going above and beyond her commitment to her patients, as well as her fellow colleagues and the Metro Health system.
It was the day after Christmas, Chris’s unit was short staffed and Chris was willing to complete her shift, sleep on site for a few hours and return to staffing at 0300 to 1500. Chris was offered a chance to leave early on this day and opted to stay and complete her preceptorship for the new orient. Chris has an incredible level of devotion to her fellow co-workers and to Metro. Metro Health is truly better for having Chris on its team. Chris inspires one to become more than just an employee, but part of a team.
