Christian Vives Irizarry was absolutely diligent, prompt, attentive, and had a great bedside manner. He was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening. He also drew my blood without a scanner, which I always need, and he got a vein on the first attempt. When giving me a narcotic, he would come check on me within 15 minutes of administering the medication. I’ve never experienced this before. He was on time with my medicines. Always cheerful and with a smile. I am truly thankful to have had him as my nurse. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, he answered each and every one happily.

Christian Vives gave us very special service. My mother, a senior lady who only speaks Spanish, felt confident with all the attention on the part of Christian, who explained everything to her with patience and dedication. Thank you very much for making my mom feel protected, safe, and accompanied at all times.

I would like to thank Christian, the nurse who took care of my mother after her surgery. Even though Christian was only with her for about four hours before his shift ended, he was very kind, attentive, and professional. His compassion during such an important moment for our family meant the world to us. We truly appreciate his care.
