Chrissy Cochran, RN

Following emergency surgery and colostomy placement, my husband had the honor of being in Chrissy’s care. We were both scared and unsure of the new journey ahead of us. Chrissy was always a breath of fresh air and we would breathe a collective sigh of relief every time she walked into the room. She helped to calm our fears, provide reassurance, and helped guide us medically and emotionally. She had unwavering compassion, a sweet gentle spirit, and tenacity to keep us moving forward even through doubt and uncertainty.

Chrissy went the extra mile to provide us with additional information and materials. She took extra time to sit with us, educate and instruct us so we could be successful and feel confident with his new accessory. Chrissy was exactly what we needed during such a turning point in our lives. She was a caregiver, a cheerleader, a coach, a teacher, a guide, and most of all a friend. We will forever be grateful for the exceptional skill care and compassion Chrissy so freely gave.
