Christa Butters, LPN

Christa Butters is an exceptional nurse. She is compassionate, empathetic, and an active listener. She is a patient advocate. She is always the voice of the patient. She anticipates their needs. She actively listens and makes concerted efforts to really understand the patient's voice and difficulties. She takes on the responsibility of the institutional counselor and runs groups and attends to patient's needs. She sends messages to higher management to advocate for patients' needs and staff safety.
