My Nurse is quiet and confident in what she does, she always listens which is key. She never acts like what she knows is the only way. She was starting to insert IV for our son normally and we mentioned the other nurses typically use the ultrasound machine. She went back to the notes and saw that so she grabbed the machine. She also saw that it takes additional nurses so she got more nurses to help. She listened to our recommendation and it was a success. She always makes us feel as parents that we are part of the team too. She is VERY patient! She is intentional. She saw my son watching cars and she went and got him a Car toy! At the time to prepare to leave, she was very accommodating and got us everything we needed including the doctor. She also stepped out and asked any question she didn't know. VERY helpful, professional, and kind.
