Whether she’s mentoring staff, filling in as a PCT during staffing gaps, or leading committees, she brings positivity and purpose to every role. Her team admires and trusts her deeply, and she fosters an environment where others are inspired to grow and thrive. Her open-door policy is more than symbolic — it’s a daily practice of support and accessibility. She listens, guides, and celebrates with her team, creating a culture of trust and psychological safety. Her advocacy for staff is matched only by her commitment to patient care, ensuring that compassion and excellence remain central to everything she does.
