Christa is a valuable resource to all our clinical teams; performing delirium rounds, co-chairing multiple committees, and has championed the involvement of frontline nursing staff as part of our RWC Magnet Journey. Christa is always willing to help her team and has taken on additional duties in her role for the NPD teamwork. Christa works so hard to provide safe patient care, and always goes above and beyond expectations. We are thankful to Christa for her work on TeleSitter, Falls Taskforce, Sitter and Restraint Utilization, to name a few. Christa's commitment to patient care is unwavering, and she strives always to keep RWC as the best place to work and the best place to receive care.
