Christa was well skilled at inserting his IV and had a great understanding of his symptoms. She displayed concern in all facets of her work and worked extremely hard to relay our concerns to the doctor. Eli ended up being admitted overnight, and Christa was so sweet and cared so much for us that she left the ER to check on us. While in the ED, she took all of our concerns seriously and made us feel heard. She even took the time out of her break to come check on us. She was a real person who gave us caring advice. Christa was very knowledgeable of all his concerns and expressed concern with him. She gave us timely reports and updates from the doctor and made sure we felt reassured. What Christa did that touched our hearts the most was that she visited us from the ER once we were transferred overnight to a room upstairs. Seeing her really made us feel like STHS cares about their patients and their full recovery.
