Christal was so compassionate and understanding and we connected with her immediately.
Christal, along with the entire ER team saved my granddaughter’s life. Christal was one of the first people to inform us of our granddaughter’s condition and her long and difficult road to recovery. Christal was so compassionate and understanding and we connected with her immediately.

Christal was working when my granddaughter was again transported back to the ER. Christal not only assisted the physician in alleviating my granddaughter's pain and replacing her broken splint, but Christal notified the Parker police officers who were the first on the scene of my granddaughter's near-fatal car accident. Christal let the officers know that my granddaughter was back in the ER but looking and feeling so much better than she did the last time she was there. Because of Christal, our family was able to thank the officers and the ER team who were responsible for saving my granddaughter's life! That night Christal also gave my granddaughter her personal number and told her to reach out if she ever needed anything, including a listening ear or advice on navigating the difficult recovery journey.

A few weeks later my granddaughter was struggling with all of her recovery issues, physical and emotional, and she reached out to Christal. She told my granddaughter to contact a former colleague who specializes in rehabilitation psychology. My granddaughter is in the process of scheduling a session with them.

Recently, my granddaughter suffered a traumatic setback with her hip and came back to the ER. She was later admitted to the hospital and had surgery. My granddaughter was very frustrated with these events and was having a difficult time. Christal visited my granddaughter the day after surgery and brought her a huge box of cookies and a balloon to lift her spirits, which they certainly did! We can’t imagine a better nurse than Christal!
