Crenshaw, who has been on staff at Baptist Union County for two years, was nominated by a patient. In the nomination, the patient commented that Crenshaw was "never in a hurry" and stayed to visit with the patient, eased their concerns and, "took care of their needs above and beyond the call of duty."

"Christalle's genuine concern for her patients is evident in the care that she provides," said Randy White, Chief Nursing Officer at Baptist Union County. "I am very proud that Christalle was recognized for her compassion and leadership."
