Christeen Redden is such a hardworking and compassionate nurse. Every time I go to the ICU to see patients, she greets me with a smile and is always willing to help assess the patient. I've observed her talking with patients and families and with her words and actions, she demonstrates a true passion for the nursing profession. Her patient rooms are always neat and organized. She is fast and efficient and it's not uncommon to walk into the unit and see her buzzing around like a bee! She pays attention to detail and has a desire to keep learning. Christeen is the epitome of what a DAISY award recipient should be.
