We were fortunate enough that our three-night hospital stay overlapped with Christi's three night shifts. She took very good care of us the night before induction, then the two nights following the birth of our baby boy. Christi approaches her job with the utmost sincerity, always upbeat, positive, and genuinely interested in providing excellent care. During our stay, we felt Christi truly got to know us without ever prying for information. We were still deciding on our son's name and she took an interest in the options on our list. Beyond her delightful bedside manner, Christi is a wonderful, knowledgeable nurse. Although this was our second baby, I was still quite uneasy about the entire process and Christi did a remarkable job putting me at ease. She made me feel very comfortable asking questions I had and she provided me with thorough answers to help educate me on what was happening. Christi was certainly focused on meeting patient and family goals and collaborates well with physicians and members of the health care team without question.
