christi knapp, RNC-NIC

Christi is an RN IV, and has worked in the NICU for 10 years. She holds a national nursing certification and was recently accepted into the Management Mentorship program. Christi is a highly skilled and knowledgeable NICU nurse. Although her role is a discharge planner, she can always be found assisting with admissions of critical infants or placing PICC lines. She speaks in a friendly, warm and calming manner to the parents to guide them through this difficult time. Christi is a great mentor for new employees, and is currently our unit representative for the Professional Practice Council.
