Christi was truly my dad's guardian angel when he was admitted to ICU after suffering a heart attack. I could not have hand-picked a better person to be assigned to my dad. Christi took time to explain everything to us, every step of the way. Her knowledge, experience, and expertise were evident and beyond comforting.
Upon admission, we were all scared to death. Christi took us through what had happened and what would happen next. She comforted us, explaining how much of what we were seeing was normal. We all very quickly agreed that dad was going to be a-ok because Christi was on the job!
All throughout my dad's stay in ICU, Christi was looking out for him, caring for him, keeping us educated and informed and providing us peace of mind in the most frightening of circumstances. Christi was an advocate for my dad and contributed to many decisions made regarding his care plan.
Our family will never forget Christi and will forever be grateful for all she did for my dad and our family. A true life-saver in so many ways!
