I came into Billings Clinic, for my first time for an infusion and I was by myself and didn't know what to expect.
I was seated in a room next to someone who was very ill, and I became anxious and scared and started crying.
Christian was SO very nice and comforting! She put me in a private room and held my hand and soothed me. She talked me through things and gave me a hug, it was much appreciated.
On my second trip back for my next infusion, she recognized me, and we exchanged a warm and sincere hug again.
She is a treasure and an asset to Billings Clinic.
