Christian Rucibwa, MSN
Christian is an outstanding unit manager with all the desired traits of a leader. From his humble patience to his resourceful decisiveness. I cannot imagine how many times my father would have lost his mind and flipped out due to inactivity from doctors or the poor treatment from other nurses in the past.
Christian’s quick words and actions changed all of that and reassured my dad. Not only that, but he is also very skilled at his craft. When no one was able to get an IV line on me due to dehydration, pain medications, and previous pokes, he was able to get a line on me on the first try just by feeling out the veins.
His awesome attitude and sense of humor make him more than deserving of recognition.
