We had an extremely sick newborn admitted and while most people were flustered, Christiana walked into her shift calm, dedicated, and upbeat. This was one of the most complicated babies in the NICU and Christiana had a new orientee. She took amazing care of the baby, helped update and comfort the family, and was an excellent teacher and role model for her orientee. I had so much confidence in her and she was instrumental in this baby surviving the night. Thank you!
