Christie Oliver is a blessing in more than one way. She is a quick-on-her-feet thinker and an amazing IV starter. Kudos to her for how she helped my very active toddler who was about to pull out his freshly placed IV. My husband and I were already anxious about having our son stuck for an IV, but her calmness and talent helped ease our Mama and Papa Bear spirit. We quickly became at ease once she helped put the IV in place and secured it. Even though our son probably brought on more stress by not cooperating, Christie didn't seem distracted or lose focus. I appreciate the time she took to make sure everything was done right and completed. She always greets us with a smile and now I understand why she carries the fanny pack, it's her superpower pack!
