Christie Thomas was nominated for the First Quarter of 2010 Daisy Nurse Award by a patient’s daughter.

Here is what she said about Christie:
My daughter delivered our grandson in your birth center. We were blown away by one of the nurses!
Her name was Christy! All of the nurses were very nice but Christy went above and beyond! She took such good care of my daughter! She was calm and had such a sweet manner and my daughter hung on her every word!
I have a handicapped son who is 28 years old so I have seen a lot of nurses in my day, but never one like Christie. People are so quick today to find fault with everything. I just wanted to let you know our experience!
