After suffering from chest pains and heart palpitations for several hours, my husband and I decided I needed to see a doctor. We arrived at Proctor Emergency Room around 12:00 am. Christin spent her valuable time reassuring us that I was not necessarily having a heart attack. She outlined the steps the staff would take to determine the correct diagnosis. It was very stressful to go to the ER thinking the worst-case scenario. She alleviated many of our fears. Her understanding and expertise in treating heart patients helped put our minds at ease. She provided us with valuable information about what to expect during our stressful time in the ER. Her care and concern were greatly appreciated.
