Christina assured that a patient who had undergone a bone marrow transplant and had a complicated course received a rehabilitation bed in a timely manner. This patient had an extended hospital stay and Christina went above and beyond to assure that insurance approval was obtained before a holiday weekend so this patient could transfer to rehabilitation for further physical and occupational therapy in order to be able to progress to home.
