My wife suffered a cardiac event that was a very traumatic event for us. Coming into this we were worried about where this would lead or how critical it was.
Ms. Brown came in on Monday morning with such a positive and uplifting attitude and demeanor. She engaged us with side talk that took our thoughts/worries away from our traumatic event and really eased our minds.
