Christina always makes herself available and is always ready to step in when needed.
Christina is an exceptional nurse. She always demonstrates both exceptional clinical skills and a deep sense of empathy. She makes sure patients are taken care of, from walking patients to U/C or the ER to even calling 911 for a patient who was home when the patient was unable to.

Yesterday we had a code in our station, and Christina was outstanding in guiding us.

Christina is always going above and beyond for all of our patients. One situation that comes to mind is when I had a very unhappy patient who did not want to speak with anyone but the manager; our manager at the time was unavailable. Christina stepped up, spoke to the patient in a very kind manner, calmed the situation, and the patient left feeling heard and happy. Christina always makes herself available and is always ready to step in when needed.
