Christina noted that a patient was unable to administer home injections or change his insulin pump due to significant tremors caused by Parkinson's disease. She took it upon herself to provide those services for the patient by scheduling routine visits and more hands-on training. She quickly identified ways to help the patient be more independent with his care and offered him a sense of control over his medical needs.
