I came to the hospital today with chest pains. At this moment, my anxiety was very high due to the unknown of my condition and what was causing it. When I got transferred, I was very impressed with Christina’s bedside manner and knowledge. She was able to start a conversation and get a few laughs, which helped my anxiety. She was very attentive and quick to help when needed. It was very evident that she loves her job because of the way she works and because of her patients. When her shift was over, she introduced me to the next charge nurse. She knew my case and explained the results in a way that was easy to understand from a patient's perspective. This is the first time I’ve been to this hospital, and based on my experience today, I will recommend this hospital to family and friends. I also wanted to thank every staff member who worked on my case, from transporters, PCTs, Nurses, Doctors, and PAs. I know that they play a huge role in my care as well. Very grateful for their help and patient-centered care.
