Christina Falls, RN

Christina is a Kaiser nurse and an outstanding asset to the organization.

She was working during the recent strike and assisted me in the evening between approximately 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. She was everywhere—helping and supporting every nurse and physician she could.

Christina remained calm, kind, and composed throughout the entire shift, creating a peaceful environment with no visible stress. She consistently went above and beyond her job duties by ensuring the department ran smoothly while supporting the replacement staff, including making sure they were able to take their breaks.

What stood out most was her professionalism. The way Christina carries herself, communicates with patients, and interacts respectfully with physicians is truly exceptional. I have not encountered another Kaiser nurse who communicates with the same level of courtesy and professionalism that she does.

When Christina was no longer on duty, I immediately noticed a difference in my experience. Her presence made a significant positive impact on both patient care and the overall functioning of the department.

She is truly deserving of recognition for her dedication, kindness, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
