Christina Flemming, RN

Christina was amazing and instrumental in getting one of our patients in the ER sent back to the patient's assisted living facility. The patient had been to many different facilities in the last 48 hours, and she did amazing and awesome work to keep the patient from having to go to another facility. By being proactive, she kept the patient at the center of her care and did what was right for the patient, as well as rounding back with the transferring facility about what was right for the patient. Christina also took the time to call the patient's daughter to make sure she was aware of what was going on and help the daughter find additional resources. Additionally, Christina worked magic for another patient who was going to have to pay for a very expensive medication, and she lessened the burden and stress on the patient and his family by coming up with a solution for the cost of the medication. Christina really goes above and beyond, and we appreciate her and all she does.
