Christina Freeman, MSN, RN

I wanted to recognize a nurse, Christina Freeman, on North, who went above and beyond to save a life. A person called into North Nursing Station reporting that they were going to overdose with the intent to kill themselves. She was able to keep the person on the phone calm and had her colleagues call law enforcement. She stayed on the phone until law enforcement showed up at the residence and used her skills in crisis management to help this person get access to the services they needed. Kudos to Christina for going above and beyond and for taking the time to stay with this person as they were in crisis.
