While in a position of possibly losing my father-in-law and my boyfriend's dad, Chrissy was the ONLY medical professional on his care team who treated him and us as if he was going to make it out. She didn’t make us feel as if we were forced to make any choices. She came in more than her required rounds, almost every 20 minutes. She spent time explaining things and talking about the things she was doing in order to make us feel more comfortable. When other nurses told us to wait, she ran right in to comfort us along with him. She went out of her way every shift to make us feel safe with our loved one in her care, and we wish she could’ve been his only caretaker. AMAZING!!!!! She was a blessing when we thought we were facing saying goodbye to a family member.
