I’ve always known Christina to go above and beyond in her patient care and the compassion shown towards all the patients on 8 N. She has also been a mentor to both myself and other new nurses on our floor. Christina is someone that I try and model my own practice after.

I nominate Christina because she is a great team player, she offers to help every chance she gets and provides excellent care. She goes out of her way to support her co-workers, patients, and family members. She has faced some extremely difficult situations and has tackled them with her heart. She is an excellent nurse.

Christina's journey from a traveler to a permanent staff member on our floor has showcased her exceptional compassion and dedication to patient care.
