Christina Kleinert, BSN, RN, CHPN, CCM

I wanted to let you know the work and time Christina Kleinert spent with my mother after a visit to Duke Hospital for surgery which was deemed too risky. She and I both left the hospital feeling abandoned with no clear path for my mother's care in the future and the scary predicament she is in. Your program at Duke for high risk patients and the continued work Christina did with my mother allowed her to feel cared for and connected to her medical team. Christina also helped my mother navigate around a particular PA she did not work well with and was causing a great deal of stress. The bi-weekly check in's and Christina's prompt communication with her medical team was impressive, to say the least. Knowing we can reach out again in the future if we need to is reassuring to us as well.
