Christina was caring, down to earth, explained everything well, and really cared about my patient experience! Christina always brought me ice cream and even took time on her day off to make sure my 2 PM ice cream was on time : ) She made my ICU admission with Covid a pleasant experience instead of a scary one. Christy paid attention to detail and made sure my wishes and patient rights were respected. She always pushed me to be prone and celebrated with us each improvement in recovery. She was knowledgeable and my wife and I felt comfortable with her care. She listened when she needed to and spoke at the right times with compassion. You have an excellent nurse on your team as a fellow family in the medical field. Christy was up to our standards because patient experience is important to us!
