Christina came to the hospital on her day off and picked up a backpack that I had purchased for my 7-year old who is on a Heartware (ventricular assist device). The bag that comes with the Heartware is made for an adult. It doesn't exactly fit a 7-year old well. Christina took the backpack home and, on her own time, sewed the backpack to make it "Heartware-worthy". My son now has a small backpack that fits him perfectly! Thank you Christina for going above and beyond!
