As I am new to the Shriners organization, I value the time and consideration that people have shared to help me identify important issues to address specific questions I have and to assist in teaching me. Christina has gone out of her way to patiently respond to all my questions, to allow me to participate in unit activities, and to make me feel like I was part of the Shriners team. She exhibits professionalism and compassion when responding to patients and she is always helpful and eager when assisting staff.

She gave him his first hair wash over more than 1 month
She suggested other dressing option and medication to help donor side issue
She saw his NG tube got pulled and proactively find solutions before we got discharged
She explained how the new tube looks and works. She gave us the option to stay or not during tube removal/installation.
