Christina (Niki) Pia is an amazing Nurse, friend and caregiver. She is kind and compassionate. Niki stepped in to help a demented patient who had surgery. The patient was scared and unsettled. Niki provided comfort care and even sat with this woman and prayed the "Our Father." The patient turned calm and stopped yelling out. This patient needed someone to care for her like Niki, even though it wasn't Niki's patient. She felt relieved by the prayer, and her Nurse Sarah was able to comfort her more then.
