Christina has 30 plus years' experience which she demonstrates with a balance of listening to the patient and family needs with hospital and nursing practices/policies. It's Christmas eve and she showed listening and support with contacting the doctor so we could go home. She was extremely attentive and responsive, doing her best to help us even with her busy schedule. When I expressed concerns with being the care giver for my husband when he went home, she stopped to answer my question and give me practical and helpful tips on what to look for if things went "wrong" which was my concern. It's clear she follows management and hospital protocols but is also diligent in finding a way to help us have our needs met in a caring and timely way.
