Christina Rafuse

This semester I had the privilege of working with Christina in clinical. I’ve had other classes with her but never worked with her as a student nurse. I immediately felt intimidated and impressed by how she handles herself in the clinical setting. She fits in seamlessly with other nurses on the floor. She makes connections with all her patients. She always has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Christina goes out of her way to make sure her patient has everything needed. She's not afraid to advocate for her patient and speak up when she feels like her patient needs something more. She is a pillar in our clinical group and always helped us when we needed it. Christina is going to be a phenomenal nurse. She deserves to be nominated for this award. She meets all the criteria and more!
