Christina was a perfect embodiment of nursing care excellence. During the three days, I spent in the AMU she kept me aware of everything that was going on related to my care, was really practically oriented in seeking to improve my experience, consistently radiated positivity, and a can-do attitude. She really made what was a very unsettling time for me feel a whole lot better, and gave my family and friends a lot of reassurance that I was being well looked after. I know that standards for nursing are incredibly high, but my impression was that Christina went over and above those both for me and for the diverse range of other patients I observed her interacting with during my time in the AMU. Thank you very much - Nightingale would have been proud.
