In fact, she has received numerous compliments from patients and their families for her caring and skillful services. Furthermore, in the past two years, two families of patients have donated to MGBHC in gratitude for Tina's exceptional care. I am eager to recount two indelible anecdotes: two years ago, the manager once received a call from a case manager at a rehabilitation facility where a patient was receiving care. At the patient's request, the case manager contacted MGB Homecare to obtain information about the precise manner in which nurse Tina performed the wound care during his homecare visits. According to the patient, Tina went above and beyond to minimize his pain during the process. The information was used by the rehabilitation nursing staff to facilitate the patient's recovery. Earlier this year, an extremely anxious patient contacted this manager to request that Tina serve as his primary nurse and potentially the sole nurse who would visit him. The patient stated, "She has a way about her that really helps me calm down." The patient continued, "She took the time to teach me step by step how to give myself the IV antibiotic and gave me a sense of confidence that made me feel less anxious”. The patient became independent with the IV administration and was discharged after the course of treatment ended without any incidents. These are merely a few of the numerous examples that substantiate the impact that Tina has on her patients and the exceptional care she provides. She is highly skilled in establishing a rapport with patients, which is subsequently nurtured into a mutually beneficial partnership that results in the most favorable outcome. During the most difficult circumstances, she consistently maintains her composure and joy. She consistently incorporates holistic care into her practice and has a comprehensive understanding of its significance.
