Christina goes above and beyond for her patients and nursing staff. In her role as charge nurse, she will simultaneously be a support, a teacher and mentor, a bedside nurse, and an extra pair of hands always ready to help out. I have learned a lot working with her and look to her as a model of what a great nurse should be like. She is always critically thinking through any issues that arise and spends time taking care of things others may overlook. She truly is a nurse leader in every way! I feel lucky to work and grow alongside her.
