Christy comes to work every day with a warm loving personality. I am not a morning person and I can be rude at times and wow does she take my rudeness with grace. She continues to be so sweet and understanding to me that it actually has made me treat her differently now as opposed to me being rude in the mornings. When she is my nurse for the day I somehow seem to be in a better mood and I am nice to her. She is really a wonderful cheerful sweet-hearted nurse. She deserves more than just a smile back in the morning from me so I hope this gets to her because she really rocks at her job.
She has made my way of treating nurses with more compassion because if she can smile no matter how someone treats her, then so can I, and I thank her for that.

Christy is an amazing RN. She is constantly patient-centered and I have seen her put her patients first every day.
No matter how busy she is and how many patients keep asking of her, she always smiles, remains calm and collected, and patient with everyone. Her heart is full of such care and compassion that it can't help but flow out of her into her work and touch patients around her and bring them peace. That's exactly what happens to me. Her wonderful nature brings me joy and peace and happiness.
She can take charge and administer leadership and knowledge of her job all while working with careful and gentle care for her patients (myself included). Christy has made my stay at Swedish the best experience ever and I will tell everyone about her and my positive stay at Swedish. Thank you!
