Christine is a very experienced nurse who is well-versed in her role in Occupational Medicine and Employee health. She has a wealth of knowledge and the ability to think critically from her long-standing family care nursing background. She is always willing to take on extra projects and has the organization (WorkReady) and Rochester Regional Health's best interests in mind.

She has recently taken on additional duties such as volunteering to provide services to Local Firefighters after hours for their convenience and courtesy. She has also visited a local business to provide care, including PPD placements and reads, as well as fit testing on several different days throughout the fall. This has included some very early hours, in addition to her typically scheduled hours. She does this with grace and kindness while remaining humble to the extent that she does.

On top of all of this, she has recently been mentoring a new Medical Assistant at WorkReady, who looks to Christine with questions and reports that Christine is approachable and is very encouraging of her to ask questions. During the time in which I was also training as the Clinical Nurse Lead for WorkReady, Christine has been friendly, open, communicative and very encouraging.

On top of all of these amazing qualities, there was recently an incident in which Christine assisted a person in the parking lot who was significantly injured after falling, and was able to triage and appropriately involve other staff and EMS. Kudos to Christine for her adaptability and contagious attitude.
