I had accidentally shot myself in the foot. It hurt immensely, and I was very scared to go to the hospital. I went in for several weeks. I cried a lot being sorry for myself. I then met Christy A. She explained to me to be strong and look forward to the future. Accept this was an accident and just move on because we were going in the correct direction. By following my treatment plan, taking the current medicines, and doing what is necessary to fix and get past this situation. This gave me hope and the will to move on and want to get better. It made me a lot more optimistic and looking forward to everything. She helped me mentally!

And concerning medicines, Christy would explain everything to me about them. She would even utilize changing the times I took some of them which helped me feel better physically.

She is so intelligent and has become my Angel. She explained everything to me & worked with me very diligently. She said if I have pain or any issues to just tell her what it was and she would help me as much as possible. She always said, “If you're in pain, tell me, and we will fix it.”

She cares about others so much. If she could help just one person a day she was happy. She loves her job & this helps her do a great job. She always fixed my tubes & IVs and kept me as comfortable as possible.

I wanted to have her & tell her Goodbye. I will miss her help so much. Christy A. always helped me if I was in pain or crying. No matter what my issue was, she seemed to have the answer. Daily, she would go above and beyond the call of normal duty and help me. She is a very Extraordinary Nurse and really deserves to be noticed as such. I will miss her.
