Christine is always pleasant when she comes into the room. She plays with my son and is so sweet to him. She even sings to him. My son has a central line in, so she is always checking it to ensure that the bandage is on properly. My son's skin looked a bit irritated when she removed the bandage, so she got the skin specialist involved. She also was concerned about how the central line looked so she called the surgery team to take a look at it. She shows such great care when my son starts to cry. She checks on us frequently and usually asks if there is anything we need. She demonstrates that she is concerned about the well-being of my son and that is greatly appreciated. It is hard not to smile when she enters the room. She is an excellent worker; an asset to this hospital. I would not mind having her as my nurse for the duration of my stay. She goes above and beyond what I was expecting in a nurse.
