Christine Castillo, RN

Christine is a fabulous nurse. She is very pleasant and extremely professional. Christine took care of me as if I were one of her own family members. She explained everything that happening to me, all the tests that were ordered, and all the medication that I was on. She even gave me small “tricks” to try to make me more comfortable and some of the medications more tolerable. She is the poster lady of what purposeful rounding should look like, which I very much appreciated. She even apologized if she came later than expected to see me, which showed me that she genuinely cares about me. She made me feel like I was her only patient even though I knew she was extremely busy. I wish we had more nurses like Christine.
