She really has the tender care and heart for the patient and is cheerful and motivates a patient that's in a discomforting state of condition. Her communication skills are much better as someone who has excelled in a hospitality industry. She knows actually what to say when a patient is upset or in is in a wrong mood or anxious or depressed. She immediately responds to patient's request and identify how well the needs of the patient can be met by immediately referring to the right person, doctors, attendants, etc. She is full of humor and pleasant to get along with, especially foreign patient from other countries. Her English is brilliant.
