Christine has been the backbone of the thoracic oncology program at HH for years. She has organized and maintained our Lung CA support groups and smoking cessation programs, our "smoking stinks" program for teens, and this year our "shine a light" program. As a clinical nurse and cancer navigator, her personal interest, compassion, and professionalism are unsurpassed. Her patient's love and respect her and she takes a special interest in difficult patient's who need more time and understanding. Christine should be the DAISY Award Honoree of the DECADE! We are hugely fortunate to have her as are her patients.
